"He was young and in good health. Without the accident, he should have lived a long and fulfilled life." It's clearly something that Baymax has trouble processing. Certainly, his programming allows him to understand death and injury, but it still doesn't make sense to him anymore than the loss had made sense to Tadashi Hamada's human family.
