Dawn has been standing across the room for awhile staring at Jon. Yes, she's knows it's rude to stare and it isn't really that she's ogling him mostly. It takes a lot of talking herself into it before Dawn works up the bravery to confront him and just ask. She's all dressed up for the night. Her mask that of a butterfly.
