She doesn't like running and if she gets out of these antics alive, Jemma is going to institute a no-running policy that generally covers all areas of her life. She feels like that's really the only possible way things will work because she is so very tired of running. Still, dinosaurs are only slightly less to be reasoned with than Hydra agents and when Sam gives her the signal to run, that's exactly what she does, bolting for the door.

When she gets there, she draws it open and sees the sweet and lovely carpeting of the lobby. "Oh, thank God," she hiccups, staring for Sam. "Hurry! Through here!"
