"Scotch whisky," she clarifies. "And don't worry, I'll make sure not to order anything made in Ireland," she adds, turning to the bartender to raise her fingers and order two glasses. She might not enjoy the pungent taste of peat, but she'll sip at it. "It's a Scottish drink. In fact, it's rather renowned," she says proudly. "I think you'll like it. Or maybe not, it is a bit aggressive."
