Johanna orders a double of whatever's strongest, happy that she can work her way into the sweet oblivion that alcohol can provide. She hates that even away from Snow and the Capitol, she's unsteady with her environment. "Maybe the two of you can start a little life here. You don't have to go back," she says firmly, considering she'd try and defend Finnick's right for a normal life. "I bet you could even get a normal job doing normal people things. Isn't it funny, if you keep saying 'normal' enough, you can pretend that it's something that can actually happen to us."
